Return and Cancellation Policy
1. No Refunds All purchases made for facilitator training, curriculum materials, or digital resources are final and non-refundable. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to proprietary educational materials and professional training services which are rendered upon delivery.
2. Rescheduling Policy While we do not offer refunds, we understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled training session. If you are unable to attend your original training date, you may request to reschedule your session to a future date, subject to the following conditions:

Notice Period: You must provide written notice of your intent to reschedule at least [e.g., 72 hours] prior to the start of your scheduled training.

Material Retention: To be eligible for rescheduling, you must be in possession of the original training materials provided for your initial session. You will be expected to use these same materials for your rescheduled training.

3. Cancellation by Our Organization In the event that we must cancel a training session, we will provide you with the option to transfer your registration to a future date or receive a credit toward other available services.
